Worldwide, people first started, living in a group, with male and female, then added children and children's children, like any creature of nature.  Looking for more space, they spread in to near by area and then the expansion spread in to wide area and more migrate to extra mile. After years, they started looking at each other area as their territory and started marking them, selected a group leader, later on he became king and made started making rule for his followers. Then a King to show his supermacy , started attacking other territory King and won, taken control that area, put his men to manage the territory he won. So he became Maharaja and a country born. So people were always ruled by King and now govt.  Is independence really given to people...
